I have the best job in the world! Spending the day in the company of Elliott and Wesley makes for some pretty comical conversation. I am sure there is something to be said for spending the day in an office with well-educated adults, but I prefer the laughter provided by the innocence of my kids!
Here are some funny quotes from today:
While pretending to talk on the phone with Wes, I said, "What should we talk about?" He replied, "I don't know, Jesus and Bob the Builder."
I asked Elliott to "baby-sit" Spencer while I put Wesley to bed. After a few seconds of Spencer crying Elliott shouted to me, "Mom, I could use a little help here."
Elliott while playing his Starwars game: "Mom did you read a lot about Starwars?" Me: "No"
"Well then how did you learn about it?"
Elliott asked me if he could have "Spray" to drink instead of milk because he has a cold...and by "Spray" he mean Sprite.
When I asked Wesley to leave Spencer alone while he slept he looked at me while shrugging his shoulders and said, "I just hugging and smooching him."
What a way to spend the day!

Yes, Lindsey, you DO have the best job in the world - and the most important!! You are a fantastic mom to those adorable boys. Happy Valentine's Day.

Is it cool for a guy to say "adorable?" Because...if I were to say that word (but I'm not!!) then this is an instance where I would say it.
Mike, I was going to say that you could just use a more masculine synonym, but the other options are: sweet, delightful, cute, and charming. So I guess that means you should stay away from that word altogether.
