Computers, Popsicles, & Music - by Brad

So here is the latest photo update...

We finally moved from dial-up internet to a fiber optic connection. It's pretty slick, so now we can really spend a lot of money on ITunes (Brad said with a sarcastic tone). Our old computer was running pretty slow, so we bought a new one. Now the old computer belongs to the boys. Now it only has their games on it so it works alright for that.

I am taking this week off to try to finish up some of the exterior trim on our house, as well as go to the Creation Festival at the Gorge. Lindsey and the boys were great at keeping me company while I was painting in the 100+ degree weather.

We are trying to transition Wes to being able to sleep in a bed rather than his crib. Three nights in a row, and he would rather sleep on the floor.

Last night we took the boys to the first night of Creation (the festival that is). We took the boys because it was just in the evening... and children under 5 are free. It was really hot when we got there and the boys were dragging a little. But immediately after the sun went down over the hills, they started jumping all over the place. We had a great time with them. If you look closely, you can see Jeremy Camp on the big screen.

I am working more on the house today, but then Lindsey's sister is going to watch the boys so that we can go to Creation tomorrow and Saturday.

You have a beautiful family. I hope ours is as happy and well adjusted when we have 2 kids (and one on the way).

Thanks Mike. You will have a beautiful family also... you just need to get started!

(not that you don't have a beautiful family right now, but it might sound weird for me to say that)

I agree...it would have been weird.
